This 13-week night shift assignment (6pm-6am) provides consistent 36-hour guaranteed workweeks and requires weekend coverage every week, ensuring both professional challenge and work-life balance. Youll have the rare opportunity to work with GE 64 Slice equipment, and document your work through Meditecha fantastic chance to master specialized systems and procedures.
In this advanced position, youll encounter a variety of trauma cases, boosting your confidence and technical acumen. The experience youll gain will stand out on your resume, setting the stage for future leadership roles and giving you an edge in the competitive radiology field.
Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week assignment
- Nights: 6pm 6am
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Every weekend required
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience in a trauma setting
- Proficiency with GE 64 Slice scanners
- ARRT (CT) certification (REQUIRED)
- BLS certification (REQUIRED)
- TX Licensed Radiologic Technologist (REQUIRED)
- Ability to perform all ER CT-Trauma, CTA, and Stroke protocols
- Willingness to float as needed
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced CT imaging procedures, including trauma and neurological protocols
- Operate and maintain GE 64 Slice CT equipment
- Accurately document exams using Meditech
- Support physicians and emergency staff with timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging
