Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all CT imaging examinations with accuracy and efficiency using GE Optima CT scanners
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety, particularly in trauma cases
  • Utilize McKesson PACS and Meditech systems for accurate documentation and image management
  • Collaborate with a small team of technologists and unit secretaries to support smooth unit operations
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards
  • Wear black scrubs as part of the professional dress code

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current CT Certification and ARRT credentials required
  • BLS certification mandatory
  • Valid Kansas state licensure for radiologic technology
  • Proven experience with GE imaging equipment, specifically GE Optima CT scanners
  • Solid background in trauma imaging and exceptional patient care skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying unit needs and schedules
