Expanding your clinical expertise here means gaining proficiency with advanced imaging technologies, including GE Optima 660 CT and GE Proteus x-ray systems, while building your resume with experience in both radiology and CT in a dynamic emergency department setting. The facility employs Meditech for documentation, ensuring smooth workflow and digital competency thats widely respected elsewhere.
Schedule:
- FridaySunday, 7:00 pm 7:30 am (12-hour, night shifts)
- 2 call shifts per month
- Holiday rotation may be required
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (R)(CT) and SCRQSA certifications
- BLS certification
- Proficiency in general radiologic and CT techniques
- Experience conducting emergency department x-ray and CT exams
- Ability to work autonomously during shifts
Responsibilities:
- Operate GE Optima 660 CT and GE Proteus x-ray equipment in a 12-bed emergency room
- Produce high-quality images for timely diagnostic interpretation
- Adhere to safety protocols and best documentation practices using Meditech
- Adapt to the needs of the department, including occasional schedule rotation if required
- Collaborate with clinical teams for efficient patient care
