This travel assignment provides the perfect opportunity to bolster your resume by collaborating with a highly skilled team and utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment, including the GE Optima 660 CT and GE Proteus x-ray machines. With just one radiology/CT tech per shift, youll have the autonomy to showcase your expertise, while also gaining valuable insights into a variety of workplace practices and leadership approaches.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 12-hour shifts
  • Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Qualifications:

  • Active ARRT(R)(CT) certification
  • SCRQSA license
  • BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of general radiology technologist and CT experience
  • Proficiency in emergency department CT and x-ray procedures
  • Comfort working independently in a 12-bed free-standing emergency setting
  • Familiarity with Meditech (preferred)
  • Required uniform: Gray scrubs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform emergency department x-ray and CT imaging exams
  • Operate GE Optima 660 CT and GE Proteus x-ray equipment
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Meditech
  • Rotate shifts as staffing needs require
  • Collaborate with emergency and radiology teams to deliver exceptional patient care
