Key Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Demonstrated experience operating CT imaging equipment in a fast-paced setting
• In-depth knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT protocols
• Ability to provide exceptional patient care and demonstrate a compassionate bedside manner
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and established protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Accurately position patients and operate CT equipment to acquire optimal diagnostic results
• Document patient history, procedural information, and image findings in the EMR system
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor malfunctions, and ensure adherence to infection control policies
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to achieve timely, accurate exam results
• Provide clear communication to patients regarding procedures, addressing questions and concerns
