Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Current certification and registration in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Active ARRT (CT) or equivalent credential required
• State licensure as required for radiologic technologists
• Previous experience in a healthcare imaging department, preferably with night shift exposure
• Advanced understanding of CT protocols, safety guidelines, and patient care practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT scanning equipment with precision, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, explaining the process and addressing patient concerns or questions
• Follow all safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff to optimize image quality and patient experience
• Accurately document patient information and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Respond quickly to emergent imaging needs and adapt to fast-paced clinical scenarios, particularly during overnight hours
