This travel imaging opportunity is tailored for seasoned CT technologists seeking to broaden their professional horizons. Schedule:
- Night shift
- 12-hour shifts
- Must reside 50+ miles from facility
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent; graduation from an approved Radiologic Technology program
- At least 2 years of CT experience, including trauma and stroke expertise
- ARRT certification
- Current State/District license
- BLS certification
- Strong skills in operating CT and radiographic equipment
- Proven ability to adapt technical factors, position patients precisely, and provide continuous high-quality imaging
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT and radiographic equipment to deliver precise diagnostic images
- Analyze body habitus and adjust technique to ensure optimal results while minimizing unnecessary radiation
- Collaborate with physicians during procedures, manage exam room setup, and monitor for contrast reactions
- Accurately review orders, collect clinical data, and document procedures with correct charge codes
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all interactions
