Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered by ARRT (CT) or equivalent certification in Computed Tomography
  • Proven experience operating CT imaging equipment in a clinical setting
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety and imaging protocols
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images according to physician requests
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care
  • Monitor and maintain imaging equipment for proper functionality
  • Adhere to safety standards and infection control procedures at all times
