As a key member of the imaging team, you will provide high-quality CT services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a contract opportunity with a weekend night shift schedule, ideal for someone seeking focused shifts with extended daytime flexibility.

Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
• 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Proven experience in CT imaging techniques and protocols
• Strong understanding of patient safety, positioning, and proper radiation safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clinical staff
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a high-volume setting

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout
• Review and process images, maintaining accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper functioning of imaging equipment
• Adhere to infection control policies and departmental protocols at all times
• Communicate procedure steps to patients, addressing questions or concerns effectively
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to coordinate care and expedite workflow
