This is an ideal opportunity for radiology technologists looking to broaden their expertise through hands-on experience with state-of-the-art GE Optima 660 CT and GE Proteus x-ray equipment. With a schedule covering Friday to Sunday nights (7:00pm7:30am), plus two monthly call shifts and rotating holiday coverage, youll have plenty of daytime hours to discover the areas culinary gems, local history, and outdoor adventures. Engaging with a seasoned team in a 12-room freestanding emergency department, youll gain exposure to a variety of emergency imaging cases, further elevating your resume.
Schedule:
- FridaySunday, 7:00pm7:30am
- Two call shifts per month
- Holiday rotation
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT(R)(CT) certification
- SCRQSA license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Solid background in general radiology and CT imaging, preferably in emergency settings
- Proficient with Meditech and latest GE imaging equipment
- Ability to wear gray scrubs per dress code
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform emergency department x-ray and CT examinations independently during 12-hour shifts
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Meditech
- Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate effectively with nursing and medical teams
