Step into a dynamic CT imaging environment utilizing state-of-the-art GE 64 Rev Evo and GE 128 Rev EVO equipment. This contract opportunity is well-suited for imaging professionals eager to broaden their clinical experience in a high-volume hospital setting.
Scheduled shifts will primarily cover Friday through Sunday, with an expectation to rotate working every other weekend and designated holidays alongside hospital staff. The hospitals 321-bed facility offers consistent exposure to a diverse patient population with a focus on trauma, stroke, emergency room, and inpatient exams. Expect to use Meditech for documentation.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 1+ year of CT imaging experience in a healthcare setting
- Valid ARRT(R)(CT) certification
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) registration
- Proficiency with GE Evo series CT scanners
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity cases
Schedule and Hours:
- Friday through Sunday shifts
- Rotating holidays and every other weekend, per department policy
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT exams on inpatients, ER, trauma, and stroke patients
- Collaborate efficiently with clinical and technical team members
- Accurately document and manage patient records within the Meditech system
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and safety guidelines
