Job Description
A healthcare role is available for an experienced CT Imaging professional with strong proficiency in GE equipment. This travel opportunity is located in Morton, IL, within a 50-mile radius for local placements. The position involves working in a 640-bed facility featuring five CT scanners and requires a commitment to quality and efficiency in diagnostic imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of general CT scans with accuracy and patient care.
- Start IVs for patients undergoing imaging procedures.
- Utilize GE equipment effectively and maintain operational standards.
- Collaborate with a team using EPIC, McKesson, and PACS systems.
- Participate in a thorough two-week orientation program to ensure smooth integration and skill alignment.
Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT (CT) certification.
- Current IEMA and BLS certifications.
- Experience with GE imaging equipment is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently after orientation and training.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
Schedule:
- Choose between two shift options: Days: 3 shifts of 12 hours each (7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.), every fourth weekend with holiday rotation. Nights: 3 shifts of 12 hours each (7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.), every third weekend with holiday rotation.
