A dynamic imaging department is seeking an experienced professional to provide expertise in CT technology and patient care. This contract opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Schedule:

• Five 8-hour day shifts per week
• One day a week scheduled at an alternate site

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in CT imaging procedures within a medical setting
• Valid state credentials for CT technology as required
• Strong technical acumen with advanced imaging equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to adapt to different facility protocols and workflow

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for CT imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
• Operate CT imaging systems to acquire clear, diagnostically valuable scans as ordered by physicians
• Review images for diagnostic quality and accuracy, identifying need for additional views if necessary
• Maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with safety, infection control, and privacy standards
• Accurately document procedures, patient information, and report findings as required by facility policy
• Collaborate closely with radiology and clinical staff to support seamless patient care
