This travel role provides significant opportunities for professional growth, working alongside a diverse team in a facility known for advanced radiology services, including X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, Interventional Radiology, and Nuclear Medicine. Schedule/Hours:
- Department averages 160 studies per weekday, 120 on weekends
- Cardiac CT imaging on day shift, 7 days/week
- Orientation includes 1 day administrative onboarding, 2 days to 1 week departmental orientation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT
- BLS certification
- Experience in peripheral IV starts, venous/arterial phase and multi-phase scanning, stroke imaging (with perfusion), colorectal studies
- Familiarity with TeraRecon preferred, not required
- Open to first-time travelers
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans for ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient settings
- Conduct CT-guided invasive procedures and work with anesthesia as needed
- Complete multi-phase, venous, and arterial scans including advanced stroke and cardiac imaging
- Utilize EMR (Epic), RIS (Epic Radiant), and PACS (Philips iSite)
- Maintain protocol compliance and deliver patient-centered care
