A healthcare facility in Milledgeville, GA is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a contract opportunity. This role requires a skilled imaging professional specializing in CT technology, responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to a diverse patient population including inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room cases.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of CT experience required
  • ARRT (CT) certification is mandatory
  • Proficiency in IV starts essential
  • Knowledge and experience with Philips PACS and GE scanners highly preferred
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
  • BLS certification required; other certifications discussed during interview
  • No acceptance of first-time travelers

Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT imaging with precision and adherence to safety protocols

  • Adapt to variable shift schedules, working holidays with no weekend rotations or on-call duties
  • Participate in departmental orientation and ongoing training to stay current with best practices

Schedule:

  • Variable shift times within a 13-week cycle
  • Holiday shifts required (when holidays fall during the contract)
  • No weekend rotations or on-call responsibilities
