Stepping into the CT Department equipped with GE and Siemens scanners, youll collaborate within a tenured team, supporting the Emergency Room to deliver prompt, efficient care for trauma and stroke patients. The hospital prides itself on its culture of patient-focused care, utilizing leading documentation systems like Meditech and GE Centricity. Schedule/Hours:

  • Minimal call required
  • Overnight coverage with 2 techs on staff

Qualifications:

  • ARRT CT certification and active Florida license required
  • BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of CT experience (trauma and stroke experience necessary)
  • Proficiency with GE CT scanners required; experience with Terra Recon or reformatting on other platforms preferred
  • Exceptional communication and patient-focused approach (AIDET skills)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard CT scans with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Support ER department with rapid turnaround times for stroke and trauma cases
  • Float to main department as needed
  • Collaborate closely with a seasoned team and unit secretaries
