Schedule/Hours:
- 3x12-hour shifts, available as Overnight (7p7a), Mids (12p12a), or Day (9a9p)
- Call and holiday coverage required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years recent, visible experience in CT imaging
- Valid, up-to-date CT certification essential
- Demonstrated expertise in operating advanced imaging equipment
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety and quality assurance protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT scans in accordance with referring physicians instructions and facility protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after imaging procedures
- Accurately document patient histories and imaging details in electronic records
- Monitor and maintain imaging equipment for optimal functionality and reporting technical issues as needed
- Adhere to all applicable regulatory, quality, and safety standards
- Foster a compassionate and professional environment for patients from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for optimal diagnostic outcomes
