Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience operating CT imaging equipment in a hospital or clinical setting
• Active ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Team-oriented approach with effective communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring comfort, safety, and precise positioning
• Perform CT imaging procedures aligned with physician orders, adhering to regulatory and departmental protocols
• Verify patient identification, explain procedures, and answer questions to reduce patient anxiety
• Review images for technical quality before submitting studies to the radiologist
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures
• Collaborate closely with technologists, radiologists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Follow all safety guidelines for radiation exposure and equipment handling
