Take your expertise in CT imaging to the next level by working alongside skilled professionals in a high-volume, Stroke-accredited environment. Gain valuable cross-disciplinary exposure in a department performing over 160 studies per weekday and handling advanced cases, from CT-guided invasive procedures to Cardiac CT imaging. This dynamic setting fosters professional development by letting you learn new technologies and interact with multidisciplinary teams to sharpen your clinical and leadership skillsmaking it a strong addition to your resume.
Schedule:
- Departmental orientation provided (2 days to 1 week, as needed)
- Flexible scheduling based on assignment, including weekends
- Administrative onboarding (Epic, eLearnings, policy review) 1 day
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience; open to first-time travelers
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT
- BLS certification
- Proficiency in peripheral IV starts and multi-phase scanning
- Experience with stroke imaging, colorectal studies, and arterial/venous phase scanning
- TeraRecon knowledge is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT imaging for ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient units
- Conduct CT-guided invasive procedures
- Carry out Cardiac CTs and assist cases with anesthesia as needed
- Complete EMR/RIS documentation using Epic systems
- Maintain equipment (Siemens, Philips, Bayer/Medrad) and uphold safety standards
