Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- 11:00pm to 7:00am
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Key Qualifications:
- Certified by ARRT (CT)
- Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography required
- GE CT scanner experience preferred (not required)
- At least 1 year of CT experience desirable
- Proficiency with Epic and Visage EMR systems is an asset
- Strong IV, oral/GI contrast administration skills
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Professional, patient-focused demeanor
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform complex CT imaging procedures to a high standard using established protocols
- Administer appropriate contrast materials (oral/GI and IV) as needed for diagnostic accuracy
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their experience
- Meticulously document patient data and procedures in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with the CT Manager, Clinical Lead, and care team for optimal workflow
- Provide reassurance, support, and excellent service to patients
- Maintain equipment and follow departmental safety guidelines
