A healthcare facility in Lodi, CA is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join their imaging team on a contract basis. This role focuses on operating CT equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images of patients bones, organs, and tissues, which aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. In addition, this position involves performing a range of imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Proven experience operating CT scanners and performing computed tomography procedures
- Knowledge of general radiography and fluoroscopy techniques
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient care principles
- Ability to analyze images accurately and coordinate with healthcare teams
- Relevant certifications or licensure in radiologic technology or CT imaging
