Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certified in Computed Tomography (CT) by an accredited organization (ARRT CT preferred)
• Current and valid radiologic technologist license (if required by state regulations)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Prior experience operating advanced CT imaging equipment
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, patient positioning, and CT protocols
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans per physician orders, ensuring image quality and patient safety
• Prepare and position patients while providing compassionate care
• Adhere to departmental workflows and maintain detailed records of imaging procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging and timely reporting
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment
• Follow all safety and regulatory protocols, including infection control procedures
• Educate and comfort patients throughout the imaging process, tailoring communication to individual needs
