Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel position with variable shifts to fit operational needs

Desired Background & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates Degree or completion of an accredited 2-year radiologic technology program required
  • Active license in the state of Ohio
  • Certified by ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS in at least one modality
  • BCLS certification required
  • At least 1 year of experience in radiology modalities and proficiency in an additional imaging discipline (preferred)
  • Solid organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with multiple imaging equipment types, PACS, EMR, and RIS
  • Strong troubleshooting, protocol knowledge, and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment independently to perform diagnostic procedures across modalities
  • Ensure exemplary patient identification and safety practices (e.g., ALARA, Image Gently)
  • Maintain accurate records, complete billing codes, and demonstrate compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Participate in department operations including scheduling, equipment checks, and compliance reviews
  • Offer guidance to new staff and students post-training
  • Uphold confidentiality and patient privacy requirements
