This travel assignment is designed for imaging professionals interested in expanding their expertise across CT and PET modalities, while engaging with diverse staff and patient populations. The unique 7-on, 7-off night schedule (5:00 p.m. 6:00 a.m., WednesdayFriday and SundayTuesday, with every other week off) allows for extended periods of rest and travel between assignmentsmaking it ideal for adventure seekers and work-life balance enthusiasts.
Schedule/Hours:
- 7-on, 7-off nights
- 13-hour shifts: Wednesday-Friday 5:00 p.m.6:00 a.m.; Sunday-Tuesday 5:00 p.m.6:00 a.m.
- Saturday and every other week off
- No on-call responsibilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in CT and X-Ray (CT registry not required)
- Proficiency operating GE imaging systems
- Familiarity with Meditech and PACS (McKesson preferred)
- Adaptability to a 25-bed critical access environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities include:
- Performing high-quality CT and X-Ray imaging for both emergent and routine exams
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate documentation in Meditech and PACS
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
- Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, rural hospital setting
