Job Description
A healthcare professional skilled in CT imaging is needed to perform radiographic examinations for patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics. This role supports efficient department operations while maintaining high-quality patient care. Additional responsibilities include assisting with receptionist tasks as needed. This position is based in Kwethluk, Alaska, and offers a contract opportunity with variable shifts, typically alternating between 36 and 48 hours per week.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program or equivalent
- Minimum two years of post-graduate radiologic experience in a hospital setting
- Knowledge and experience with CT angiograms
- American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) certification required; CT registration or board eligibility preferred
- Ability to work independently and familiarity with computer systems desirable
Location: Kwethluk, Alaska

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct radiographic exams on all patient age groups
- Ensure smooth functioning of the radiology department
- Maintain quality and continuity in patient care
- Perform receptionist duties as needed
Additional Important Information:
All travelers must provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccinations. Airfare expenses are initially covered by the candidate or agency and reimbursed upon arrival. New Employee Orientation is held every Tuesday and Wednesday. To onboard successfully, candidates must provide comprehensive documentation including immunizations (Hepatitis A & B, Varicella, MMR, T-Dap, Polio), background checks, drug screening, licensing, and references. Travel is not permitted until all credentials are verified.
