This travel assignment places you in a well-equipped imaging unit featuring three state-of-the-art GE Optimas CT scanners. As part of a close-knit team, youll gain hands-on exposure to trauma and general CT cases, working with cutting-edge technology and advanced documentation systems like McKesson PACS and Meditech.
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible scheduling as defined by the hospital unit
Qualifications:
- Active ARRT (CT) certification
- Current BLS certification
- Valid Kansas Radiologic Technologist license
- Experience operating GE CT equipment
- Previous trauma experience required
- Commitment to exceptional patient care
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform all CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols
- Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care across a range of clinical presentations
- Accurately document and manage patient records using McKesson PACS and Meditech
- Maintain quality and safety standards while operating GE CT scanners
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other technologists to support excellent patient outcomes
