This travel opportunity in Kansas City is designed for CT Technologists with experience in a Level 1 trauma setting, ready to grow their skill set by engaging with cutting-edge technology and diverse workplace environments. Between shifts, youll have the chance to explore the citys iconic jazz clubs, renowned barbecue, and scenic riverfront parkscreating memories while you advance your career.
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts: Weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), 6:30pm7:00am
Qualifications:
- Recent Level 1 trauma center experience required
- Proficiency with GE Revolution 256 or Siemens Flash 128-slice CT scanners
- Valid ARRT (CT) certification
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) credentials
- Current Kansas Board of Healing Arts license
- All certifications must be in hand before assignment begins
- Must be nicotine-free
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT imaging for trauma and acute care patients
- Collaborate in a dynamic radiology team environment
- Adhere strictly to best practices in patient safety
- Ensure quality control and proper operation of imaging equipment
- Participate in required hospital orientation and training sessions
- Provide excellent care during weekend and holiday coverage
