Job Description
A rewarding opportunity is available for a Certified Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist specializing in CT imaging to support a leading healthcare facility in Jamaica, NY. This contract role offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends, call, or holidays, working standard 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:03 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cardiac CT imaging studies including calcium scoring, Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA), and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) scans
- Operate CT imaging equipment with precision and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with the cardiology and radiology teams to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
- Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Current New York state licensure
- ARRT (CT) certification required; ARRT (MR) preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in cardiac CT imaging
- Proven expertise in performing cardiac CT studies including calcium score, CCTA, and TAVR scans
- Available to start promptly
