Schedule/Hours:

• Contract assignment with consistent shift scheduling

Qualifications:

• Valid and current ARRT (CT) certification required
• Minimum one year of experience as a CT technologist preferred
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of CT procedures, including emergency and routine scans
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging equipment, safety protocols, and contrast administration
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (or willingness to obtain)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans as ordered by referring physicians while prioritizing patient safety and comfort
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining steps and addressing questions or concerns
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment according to manufacturer and facility protocols
• Review and verify physician orders and patient identification prior to imaging
• Administer contrast materials as needed, practicing safe and effective techniques
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, and other staff to ensure timely and accurate results
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
