Schedule/Hours
- Nights: 6pm6am
- Every weekend
- Guaranteed 36 hours weekly
- 13-week assignment
Qualifications
- ARRT (CT) certifiedrequired
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist in TXrequired
- Minimum 1 year of trauma experience
- BLS certification
- Experience performing All ER CT-Trauma, CTA, and Stroke exams
- Comfort with GE 64 Slice equipment
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
Responsibilities
- Operate CT and PET/CT equipment for trauma and emergency patients
- Perform and assist with all ER CT studies including CTA and stroke protocol imaging
- Accurately document procedures and patient information using Meditech
- Float to additional units as necessary to support department needs
- Maintain high standards of safety and patient care in a fast-paced environment
