Job Description

Schedule/Hours:

  • Department provides Cardiac CT imaging on day shift, 7 days a week
  • Onboarding includes 1 day administrative, with up to 1 week departmental orientation (even for weekend shifts)
  • Black scrubs required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and advanced registry in CT
  • BLS Certification
  • At least 2 years of CT experience (first-time travelers welcome)
  • Competence in starting peripheral IVs, venous and arterial phase scanning, multi-phase scanning, stroke imaging (including perfusion), colorectal studies
  • Familiarity with TeraRecon preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT and advanced imaging studies for ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient clients
  • Assist in CT-guided invasive procedures, including cases with anesthesia support
  • Support Cardiac CT imaging service, including weekend coverage as needed
  • Operate Siemens Definition AS 40, Force, and Edge+ scanners, Bayer/Medrad injectors, and manage imaging using Epic Radiant and Philips iSite systems
  • Adhere to all safety, hospital, and departmental protocols
