Job Description
Seeking a skilled CT Imaging professional to provide exceptional diagnostic support in a fast-paced clinical environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for those with proven expertise in advanced imaging techniques and a strong commitment to patient care.
Schedule/Hours:
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Night shifts: 7:00 pm 7:30 am (3x12-hour shifts per week)
Qualifications:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated experience in CT imaging in a hospital or clinical setting
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring safe and accurate imaging procedures
- Excellent interpersonal communication for patient-focused care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT scans based on physician orders, following established safety protocols
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after imaging procedures
- Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and readiness
- Prepare patients and provide clear instructions for procedures to ensure comfort and compliance
- Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical teams for accurate and timely results
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards
- Observe proper infection control and safety procedures at all times
