Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate advanced computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce diagnostic images used in patient care.
  • Perform general radiography and fluoroscopy procedures, maintaining a broad imaging competency.
  • Ensure high-quality imaging while prioritizing patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic information.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, adhering to departmental maintenance protocols.
  • Accurately follow imaging orders and document patient procedures in electronic health records.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure/registration in radiologic technology, with certification in CT imaging.
  • Previous CT experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize care, and work well in a collaborative clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
  • Current BLS certification.
