Nestled near the scenic Lowcountry with its stunning marshlands and easy access to vibrant Charleston, SC, this travel assignment presents a unique opportunity for imaging professionals. Beyond the workplace, you can explore picturesque beaches, rich southern history, and the renowned culinary sceneoffering an enriching blend of professional growth and adventure during downtime.
Serving a 321-bed main hospital, youll work with advanced imaging technology, including GE 64 Rev Evo and GE 128 Rev EVO scanners. This position involves conducting trauma, stroke, emergency room, and inpatient CT exams, providing exposure to a broad case mix and fast-paced environment. Collaborating with experienced healthcare professionals in an established hospital setting allows you to expand your clinical skillset and contribute to high-impact carebeneficial for both your resume and ongoing professional development.
Schedule/Hours:
- Friday through Sunday, including rotational holiday and every other weekend coverage as per hospital policy
Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT(R)(CT), CPR, and SCRQSA certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year CT imaging experience
- Proficiency with Meditech documentation system is a plus
- Gray scrubs required as part of the dress code
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT imaging for trauma, stroke, ER, and inpatient cases
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and consistent imaging quality
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and ancillary staff
- Adhere to hospital guidelines and rotation policies
- Accurately complete documentation and support the efficient workflow
