This assignment will immerse you in a fast-paced emergency environment, specifically in a free-standing emergency department equipped with cutting-edge technology. With exposure to GE Optima 660 CT and GE Proteus x-ray systems and the Meditech documentation system, youll have the chance to deepen your technical proficiency while working with a dynamic and experienced team. Rotating every other weekend and holidays ensures you can develop wide-ranging clinical skills and adapt to different workplace practices and leadership styles, enriching your rsum for future career growth.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 12-hour shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of general radiology technologist and CT experience
  • Must possess SCRQSA, ARRT(R)(CT), and BLS certifications
  • Comfortable performing emergency department x-ray and CT examinations
  • Experience in a high-acuity, rapid response setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct emergency x-ray and CT exams per physician orders using top-tier GE equipment
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary emergency team
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation within the Meditech system
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Adhere to the department dress code of gray scrubs
