Advance your career as a skilled CT Technologist specializing in medical imaging. This contract opportunity seeks a dedicated professional with expertise in the latest CT scanning technologies and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care during critical hours.

Schedule:

• Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts each week: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Hours: 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Qualifications:

• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency in current CT imaging techniques and protocols
• Strong attention to detail and thorough knowledge of anatomy
• Ability to work independently on overnight shifts and respond calmly to emergencies
• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care environment preferred

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT scanners for diagnostic imaging in accordance with physician orders
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while positioning patients and adjusting equipment
• Monitor image quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams for accurate, timely reporting
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the imaging suite
• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance for patients and families during examinations
