Key Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (CT) certification or eligibility
- Proven experience operating CT imaging equipment in a clinical environment
- Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiation safety practices
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and environments
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the imaging process
- Accurately document patient information and imaging data in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to optimize diagnostic outcomes
- Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment to guarantee efficient operation
- Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards
