Professionally, youll develop your skills performing all types of CT exams, including trauma and specialized cardiac studies, using state-of-the-art equipment like GE Revolution, GE Discovery, and Toshiba Quillion1.
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Preferred: 5x8s, Thursday through Monday OR 4x10s, Thursday through Sunday
- Every other weekend required
Qualifications:
- NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License
- R.T. (R) (CT) (ARRT) credentials
- NYS Injection/IV Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start; support available for certification process)
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of CT experience required, 2 years preferred
- Professional attire: matching solid color scrubs, no patterns; strict adherence to appearance standards
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced CT exams (head, pelvis, trauma, angiograms, cardiac)
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a Level 1 Trauma and teaching facility
- Demonstrate adaptability across multiple clinical areas (ED, inpatient, outpatient, mobile)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal imaging outcomes
- Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and facility protocols
