Key Qualifications:

• Current certification or registry in Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT or equivalent)
• Valid and active state licensure in radiologic technology
• Demonstrated proficiency performing CT scans and using related equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for imaging procedures
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment
• Prior experience in high-volume imaging departments preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate CT equipment to capture quality diagnostic images as ordered by referring physicians
• Prepare patients for procedures, providing clear explanations and ensuring their comfort and safety
• Verify patient identification and maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures
• Follow established radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Assist with the coordination of patient workflow and timely execution of scheduled scans
• Review images for clarity; communicate findings or concerns to radiologists or medical staff
• Contribute to maintaining clean and well-stocked work areas
