This opportunity is ideal for a skilled imaging professional with expertise in CT and PET technology, offering a chance to work in a dynamic clinical setting. This contract position is based in Durham, NC, with responsibilities spanning multiple locations that serve diverse patient populations.
Location and Schedule:
- Saturday: Wake Radiology, Garner 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mobile 1.5 Espree)
- Sunday: Wake Radiology, Cary 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Inhouse Altea 1.5)
- Monday: Wake Radiology, Cary 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Inhouse Altea 1.5)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET imaging studies using advanced equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver accurate diagnostic images.
- Maintain imaging equipment and adhere to quality control procedures.
- Manage scheduling and documentation related to imaging examinations.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a CT and PET technologist.
- Certification or licensure as required for CT and PET imaging.
- Proficiency with Mobile 1.5 Espree and Altea 1.5 imaging systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multi-location environment.
