Job Description

A healthcare organization in Eastern Nebraska is seeking a skilled professional with expertise in CT imaging to support their radiology department. This contract position involves performing computerized tomography (CT) scans and X-ray procedures, ensuring high-quality patient imaging and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CT and X-ray imaging following established protocols and safety guidelines
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
  • Accurately prepare and position patients for imaging
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation
  • Participate in rotational on-call schedule, including weekday and weekend coverage

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Proven experience in performing CT and X-ray imaging procedures
  • Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Availability for rotational call one every four weekends and weekday call as scheduled

Schedule:

  • 13-week contract duration
  • Rotational call as specified
