A highly skilled imaging professional is needed for a contract assignment specializing in CT services at a respected healthcare facility. This role plays an essential part in providing critical imaging support alongside a dedicated clinical team. Schedule:
- Contract position with structured shift scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Valid ARRT (CT) credentials are required
- Previous experience working in a hospital or acute care imaging environment
- Comprehensive understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and CT protocols
- Proficiency with safety procedures and infection control
- Outstanding communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-focused setting and adapt to changing patient needs
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Accurately capture diagnostic images for radiologist review
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all patients before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records
- Troubleshoot and report technical issues with imaging equipment as needed
- Adhere strictly to privacy, regulatory, and safety standards within the imaging suite
