Key Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Active state radiologic technologist license (as applicable)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a CT Technologist
• Proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and related medical systems
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, medical terminology, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment safely and accurately to acquire high-quality diagnostic images
• Review and interpret physicians imaging requests, ensuring proper patient identification and exam requirements
• Prepare and position patients for CT scans with attention to comfort and safety
• Administer contrast media according to established protocol, monitoring for adverse reactions
• Maintain accurate patient records, including documentation of procedures and findings
• Communicate effectively with radiologists and healthcare providers regarding imaging results and patient care
• Adhere strictly to infection control practices and radiation safety regulations
• Assist in maintaining imaging equipment and departmental supplies

$2,172 - $2,298/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
