Key Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography; advanced certification in CT preferred
• 1+ year of CT imaging experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of CT protocols, ACR standards, patient safety, and image quality controls
• Proficiency with hospital PACS/RIS systems and modern CT scanners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current BLS certification

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging studies as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, explain exam processes, and answer patient questions
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians for optimal imaging results
• Maintain accurate patient records and verify orders
• Apply radiation protection protocols and monitor equipment performance
• Adapt quickly to different facility workflows and protocols
