Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
- Weekend call required every other Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- On-call coverage as needed with a 30-minute call-back time
- Orientation: 16 hours (8 hours paid)
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of CT experience using both GE and Siemens scanners
- Proven proficiency in fast-paced, high-volume emergency department settings
- ARRT and CT certifications are required
- Willingness to float to other areas as patient needs demand
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct CT imaging studies primarily for ER and trauma care patients
- Deliver accurate, high-quality scans under demanding circumstances
- Manage workflow efficiently in a setting where 5-hour lead times are possible
- Maintain a patient-centered focus while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Adapt to varying clinical priorities and take call assignments as requested
