A healthcare facility in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced CT technologist for an 8-hour evening shift contract position. This 13-week opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong CT imaging skills who can perform both routine and emergency CT exams independently.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
• ARRT certification in CT required
• BLS (AHA) certification mandatory
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
• Competency in intravenous (IV) line placement and venipuncture
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Schedule:

• 8-hour evening shift, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency CT scans, including angiography (CTA)
• Utilize imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to facilitate prompt diagnosis
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with facility protocols
