This travel role places you in a busy imaging department performing high-acuity CT studies across emergency, inpatient, observation, and outpatient settings. Youll gain hands-on experience with advanced technologysuch as Siemens Definition, Force, and Edge+ CT scannersand collaborate closely with radiology leadership, gaining exposure to a range of patient care philosophies and workflows. Your efforts will support a facility accredited in stroke care and offering both interventional and general radiology services.

Schedule/Hours

  • Department operates with high study volume: average 160 weekday, 120 weekend studies
  • Departmental orientation provided (2 days to 1 week, weekdays preferred)
  • Flexible shift structure for optimal work-life balance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of CT experience (first-time travelers welcomed)
  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced CT registry
  • Current BLS required
  • Proficient with: starting peripheral IVs, multi-phase and perfusion scanning, venous/arterial phase studies, colorectal and stroke imaging
  • TeraRecon experience preferred
  • Experience with Epic EMR and Philips iSite PACS is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT studies for ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient populations
  • Execute CT-guided invasive procedures and cardiac CT imaging (days, 7 days/week)
  • Collaborate with radiology nursing and guest services for seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Epic
  • Follow department and facility protocols to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety
