Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (CT) certification
- Proven competency in CT imaging procedures
- State of Michigan radiologic technologist license (or eligibility)
- BLS certification through AHA or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Minimum of one year of recent CT imaging experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare and position patients while ensuring their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists and support staff to coordinate patient care
- Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain patient records
- Monitor equipment performance, perform quality control checks, and report malfunctions
- Adhere to infection control standards and radiation safety protocols
