Youll have the unique privilege of serving in a free-standing emergency department equipped with advanced technology, including the GE Optima 660 CT and GE Proteus x-ray. The schedule is ideal for those seeking work-life balance and adventure, with shifts Friday through Sunday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., and just two call shifts per month, letting you maximize your downtime to explore Charlestons historic sites, diverse dining, and picturesque coastline.

This assignment offers exposure to a variety of emergency radiology and CT procedures, letting you broaden your expertise and gain experience working independently in a fast-paced setting. Not only will you collaborate with seasoned professionals, but youll also benefit from the potential to rotate to other shifts, adding flexibility and variety to your assignment.

Schedule/Hours:
FridaySunday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Two call shifts per month
Holiday coverage as required

Qualifications:
ARRT(R)(CT) certification
SCRQSA license
BLS certification
Proven experience in general radiology and CT
Ability to function independently in a high-acuity, 12-bed emergency setting
Willingness to wear gray scrubs as required

Responsibilities:
Conduct emergency department x-ray and CT examinations
Skillfully utilize GE Optima 660 and GE Proteus x-ray systems
Document care using Meditech
Maintain compliance with all hospital and department-specific protocols
