In this dynamic travel assignment, you'll gain hands-on experience at a modern, free-standing emergency facility equipped with the latest GE Optima 660 CT and GE Proteus x-ray technology. The setting offers exposure to diverse clinical procedures and allows you to collaborate with experienced medical professionals dedicated to exceptional patient care. Working among varied leadership and staff teams will deepen your knowledge, expand your skill set, and enhance your resume.
Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required, in alignment with facility policy
- Potential to rotate to other shifts as staffing needs arise
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general radiology and CT
- Current certifications: ARRT (R)(CT), SCRQSA, BLS
- Proficient in emergency department x-ray and CT examinations
- Comfortable working independently on a 12-bed emergency unit
- Able to wear facility-designated gray scrubs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of CT and general radiology procedures for emergency department patients
- Operate advanced imaging equipment and follow safety protocols
- Accurately document patient information and procedures in Meditech system
- Collaborate closely with hospital teams to support positive patient outcomes
